Found Terms of Use

Found is operated by Maja Ninkovic Shapera, its founder, based in Pennsylvania, United States ("Found", "we", "us"). Contact: maja@getfound.tech. By using Found you agree to these Terms. Please also read the Privacy Notice.

Found is a curated directory. It helps providers share working HR and work technology, and helps People Leaders discover tools and free offers. Found does not sell the listed tools, does not process payments, and is not a party to any arrangement between a provider and a requester. Found is not the provider, seller, employer, agent or representative of any listed tool or company.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Found.

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your sign-in details secure, and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think your account has been misused.

When you submit a listing, you confirm that:

• you are authorised to submit the tool;
• you own, or have permission to use, the content and logos you submit; and
• you will keep listing and offer information accurate and up to date.

Providers are solely responsible for their tools and claims, their privacy and security practices, and their free offers, including eligibility rules, availability and fulfilment. Free offers may have limits or conditions, which should be shown on the listing.

Found may review, edit for presentation, approve, reject, pause or remove listings, and has no obligation to publish any submission. A listing or review by Found is not an endorsement, certification, warranty or guarantee of a tool, its provider or its offer.

If you request access to a tool, you are responsible for deciding whether it is right for you and your organisation, and for any direct relationship you enter into with the provider. That relationship is between you and the provider, on their terms.

• Commit fraud or impersonate any person or organisation.
• Send spam or misuse the access-request or subscription features.
• Submit unlawful content or content that infringes someone else's rights.
• Upload malware or other harmful code.
• Scrape or automatically collect data in a way that harms the service.
• Try to bypass security, rate limits or access controls.

You keep ownership of the content you submit. You give Found a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use that content to operate and promote your listing and the Found service, for as long as it is needed for those purposes. Found owns its branding, site design and original platform content.

Listings link to third-party websites and services. They are governed by their own terms and privacy practices, and Found is not responsible for them.

Found may change, interrupt or discontinue the service, or any part of it, at any time.

Found is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, including about the accuracy of listings, the availability of offers, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent the law allows, Found will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of Found or any listed tool. Because Found is a free service, our total liability for any claim relating to Found is limited to USD 100. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

We may suspend accounts or remove content if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached, or to address risk or misuse.

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date, and where changes are significant we will take reasonable steps to let users know. Continuing to use Found after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania and applicable United States federal law. This does not take away any mandatory rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
