FOUND Privacy Notice

The data controller for FOUND is Maja Ninkovic. For any privacy question or request, contact majaninkovic@alathea.io.

• Account and listing information: account and profile details, and the company, tool and offer information you provide.
• Access-request information: your name, work email, organisation, optional team size and message, the selected tool, timestamps and the privacy-notice version you acknowledged.
• Security information: HMAC-protected email and network identifiers, rate-limit activity and block-list entries.

To operate FOUND, manage accounts and listings, send your request to the provider of the selected tool, respond to you, prevent spam and abuse, and meet legal obligations.

• FOUND's legitimate interests in operating and securing the service.

• The provider of the tool you request access to.
• Lovable Cloud, as hosting and backend infrastructure.
• Cloudflare, for Turnstile security checks.

FOUND does not sell personal data and does not use access-request details for unrelated marketing.

International processing may occur through these service providers, subject to legally required safeguards.

• Access requests: up to 180 days.
• Temporary rate-limit identifiers: up to 48 hours.
• Block-list identifiers: while reasonably necessary to prevent abuse.
• Account and listing data: while the account or listing remains active, or until you request deletion, subject to necessary legal or security retention.

Where applicable, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. You also have the right to complain to an applicable data-protection authority.
