Found Updates Privacy Notice

Version 2026-10-16-pl-v1. This notice covers only Found email updates. Our general notice for other Found services is separate.

Who we are. The controller is Maja Ninkovic. Privacy contact: majaninkovic@alathea.io.

What we collect and why. Your email address, subscription status, the date you signed up, confirmed or unsubscribed, and the wording and version of what you agreed to. We use your email only to send occasional Found updates about new tools and offers. Our legal basis is your consent.

Confirmation. You are only subscribed after you confirm through the link we email you, which expires after 24 hours. Unconfirmed signups are deleted after about 48 hours. We also keep short-lived, protected records of signup attempts to prevent abuse.

Unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by writing to majaninkovic@alathea.io. After that we send nothing further unless you sign up and confirm again.

Service providers. Your email is stored with our hosting and database provider and sent through our email delivery provider, only to run this service. We don't sell your data or share it for others' marketing. Processing may take place outside your country, with legally required safeguards.

Your rights. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent, or object, and you can complain to your data protection authority. Contact majaninkovic@alathea.io.
